Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped via USPS in 1-3 business days from Portland, Oregon. We use First Class and Priority Mail, and packages take 2-7 days to arrive. If we are unable to ship your order within 1-3 business days (if a product is backordered, etc.), you will be notified via e-mail.  

The Shipping Information is accurate for 7 Company paper goods too. Orders with only 7 Company items will ship from Redding, California. Orders with both Ezer Productions and 7 Company items will ship from Portland, Oregon.

 

International Orders

We ship internationally to all countries! Please note that you will be responsible for taxes, duties and/or customs charges incurred. Once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Your order will be shipped via the most economic carrier in 1-3 business days from Portland, Oregon. International shipments can take 7-21 days to arrive.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

To complete your return, we require your order number and reason for return.

Sale items are final-sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.

The Return & Exchange Policy applies to 7 Company paper goods too.

 

 

Repairs

Crafting quality goods for your life and travels is really important to us. If you have an Ezer Productions product that needs repair, even wear and tear damages, ship it back to us with order details and description of the problem. We will fix it and ship it back to you.

If there is a manufacturing issue with your product, please email hello@ezerproductions.com, and we'll send you a return label.

 

Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned or exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved and want a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you are approved and want an exchange, then your order will be processed, and any credited funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please email hello@ezerproductions@gmail.com prior to returning your item and indicate what other item(s) you would like in exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@ezerproductions.com

 

Return Your Product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
